All in all really GOOD stay. The room had a nice balcony.

Would happily return for very good breakfast. We could easily get to bologna and enrico a piazza bologna was adjacent to the hotel. Rooms and property are tidy.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, convenient location
Very thin walls, you can hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms or in the corridor.

One of the advantages in our opinion :. 1. There are Russian speaking staff. Timur works in shifts, everything was very correct and clear... 2. The room was neat and comfortable, the windows went out into the courtyard, so we were quiet. 3. Shampoo gel, hair dryer, shower cabin - in general standard, without frills, but we had enough. Because sometimes the shampoo is disastrously minuscule in the tubes... 4. It's 10 steps to the market. 5. Next door is a chic cozy cafe where we ate delicious grilled meat. 6. We walked 7 minutes to Bologna subway station. 7. This line is very convenient to get to the station (we then took the train to Florence, to the Vatican, the Colosseum. 8. Breakfast is European, but we even brought strawberries. I don't know about the others, I was fine until lunch...
No such thing.

The location is very close to the subway, 2 stops from Termini. The safe neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants with reasonable prices. Perfect wifi. Very good breakfast area. Complete breakfast with natural orange juice, with salty (sausages and cheese), sweet (pastries, jams, cakes, etc), with freshly made pancakes and waffles. All kinds of coffee, bed with a firm mattress, TV with a smartphone, international TV and 24h. Friendly and attentive staff. Bathroom with bath and bidet. That's right.
We stayed 5 days and for so many days we were given a slightly smaller room (12 m2 more or less). We would have liked, since we were going so many days, a slightly larger one. They have to improve the cleaning of the floors. In the days we were there we think they didn't clean the floor. That has to be improved.

GREAT BREAKFAST, room with a terrace is great, close to the subway, in front of a large supermarket, inexpensive mini bar.
Everything's fine.

Great hotel for the money...you will walk to almost everything though with the closest Metro station a little less than a mile away. It is in the "locals" part of town near the university. Wonderful gelato nearby! Staff was very good!

It is close to all the interesting sites in the city. Also the breakfast was of a good quality and btw, a very nice terrace.
Rooms smelled like cigarettes - Personnel said that the reason was that the previous passenger was a smoker and they can do nothing to fix the problem. Also, the receptionist told us that there was only place to have dinner close to the hotel and gave us a business card to get there and explained also how to go. When we walked a bit, we found that there were plenty of restaurants all over the block. It seems that it usually happens in Italy that receptionists used to recommend certain restaurants, and my opinion is that they might get a commission or benefit for that. In any case, this specific receptionist was ready to lie in order to get his commission.

Good location, metro to get to the main sights was approx 10 min walk. The room was clean and comfortable, Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. Excellent continental buffet breakfast with ample choice.
Rooms weren't soundproof.
-
the hotel was in perfect location for good and cheap restaurnts in rome
-
The location is good, not far from "Bologna" underground station.
Breakfast is poor, far from standards expected by a 4-star hotel.
-
Clean sheets and towels and good breakfast.
If you open the windows for fresh air it becomes very noisy in the morning.
-
The staff was helpful, the room was clean and big enough.
The carpets outside the room were dirty and worn out.
-
Great room, staff, location and breakfast. Perfect hotel for couples.

The hotel is only 3 stops away from the termini train station by metro, and 10 mins walk to the hotel after getting off at Bologna Station. The breakfast is nice.
The stuff there are nice but their English is quite poor. We felt sorry for some staff because the hotel seems to run with a skeleton crew, employing the bare minimum of staff. Hence the reception staff and porter were always very busy. The internet connection is not reliable, and it is irritating when it goes down every 5 minutes. In our opinion, this is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 star, maximum.
